We have technicians that predate our store and the Apple Store in Australia, and have hands on technical experience with Apple computers that cover EVERY SINGLE model Apple has released. While that does not mean everything is repairable, we are in an unparalleled position to give you the best advice regarding your repair or possible replacement and data recovery if necessary.
iPhones must have testing run on the device before we can order parts for repair.
Devices must be brought in store for us to run diagnostics and order the necessary parts for the repair. Ordered parts will typically arrive the next day, however customers may be allowed to continue using their device while we wait for the parts to arrive in store. Once the parts have arrived, the repair will take 2-3 hours to complete and allow for post-repair testing.
Please ensure you have a backup of your device data.
This can be done through the iCloud backups on the device. We cannot recover data from devices that do not power on.

Battery Service
We can replace your iPhone battery for a fee. Apple warranty does not cover batteries that wear down from normal use.
Your product is eligible for a battery replacement at no additional cost if you have AppleCare+ and your product’s battery holds less than 80 percent of its original capacity.

Screen Repair
We replace cracked screens for a fee. Accidental damage isn’t covered by the Apple warranty.
Screen repairs are eligible for coverage for accidental damage from handling with your AppleCare+.

Other Damage or Multiple Issues
iPhones with other issues or require multiple repairs may require a whole unit replacement which may take up to 5-7 business days.
Software and Backup
Charges may apply to any software restore or data backup support.
Apple now has a service centre in Sydney and repairs taken to the Apple Store are, for the most part, repaired in Sydney with a two-week turnaround.
All repairs at Geekworks are repaired in our store often within 2 days.
Parts are ordered same day and arrive the next day, call us for specific details about your repair.

Do you have AppleCare+?

Your country or region offers AppleCare+ for this product. AppleCare+ includes battery service coverage, which means your battery can be replaced at no charge if we test your product and its battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity. AppleCare+ also provides coverage for accidental damage from handling, and each incident is subject to a service fee.
