We have technicians that predate our store and the Apple Store in Australia, and have hands on technical experience with Apple computers that cover EVERY SINGLE model Apple has released. While that does not mean everything is repairable, we are in an unparalleled position to give you the best advice regarding your repair or possible replacement and data recovery if necessary.
Battery Service
We can replace your AirPods battery for a service fee. Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use.
Your product is eligible for a battery replacement at no additional cost if you have AppleCare+ for Headphones and your product’s battery holds less than 80% of its original capacity. AppleCare+ covers both the AirPods and the Charging Case.
Replace a lost AirPod
Did you lose an AirPod or your Charging Case? You can buy a replacement for a left or right AirPod or the Charging Case. Your replacement will be new.
AppleCare+ for Headphones does not cover lost or stolen AirPods.

Apple now has a service centre in Sydney and repairs taken to the Apple Store are, for the most part, repaired in Sydney with a two-week turnaround.
All repairs at Geekworks are repaired in our store often within 2 days.
Parts are ordered same day and arrive the next day, call us for specific details about your repair.
No appointment is necessary for repairs.
Do you have AppleCare+?
Your country or region offers AppleCare+ for this product. AppleCare+ includes battery service coverage, which means your battery can be replaced at no charge if we test your product and its battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity. AppleCare+ also provides coverage for accidental damage from handling, and each incident is subject to a service fee.

Yes — you don’t need to buy a whole new set. We can supply and pair a genuine replacement for a lost or faulty left AirPod, right AirPod, or charging case.

Most AirPods service and replacements are handled quickly in-store. Some take longer where Apple requires the item be sent away — we’ll tell you up front.
