We have technicians that predate our store and the Apple Store in Australia, and have hands on technical experience with Apple computers that cover EVERY SINGLE model Apple has released. While that does not mean everything is repairable, we are in an unparalleled position to give you the best advice regarding your repair or possible replacement and data recovery if necessary.
Battery Service
We can service the battery in your Apple Watch for a fee. Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use.
Your product is eligible for battery service at no additional cost if you have AppleCare+ and your product’s battery holds less than 80% of its original capacity.
Screen Repair and Other Damage
If the glass on your Apple Watch gets damaged or has other issues, we can service it for a fee. Accidental damage isn’t covered by the Apple warranty.
Damaged glass is eligible for applicable coverage for accidental damage from handling with your AppleCare+ plan.
Depth and Water Seal Test
If you have Apple Watch Ultra and want to check that its depth gauge and seals are working properly, you can get a Depth and Water Seal Test from Apple for a fee.
We’ll charge the test fee if the device is not covered by the Limited Warranty or any applicable consumer protection laws or regulations.

Apple now has a service centre in Sydney and repairs taken to the Apple Store are, for the most part, repaired in Sydney with a two-week turnaround.
All repairs at Geekworks are repaired in our store often within 2 days.
Parts are ordered same day and arrive the next day, call us for specific details about your repair.
No appointment is necessary for repairs.
Do you have AppleCare+?
Your country or region offers AppleCare+ for this product. AppleCare+ includes battery service coverage, which means your battery can be replaced at no charge if we test your product and its battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity. AppleCare+ also provides coverage for accidental damage from handling, and each incident is subject to a service fee.

Most repairs are completed in-store within about 2 business days. Some take longer where Apple requires the device be sent to Sydney — we’ll tell you up front.
