We have technicians that predate our store and the Apple Store* in Australia, and that have hands on technical experience with Apple that covers EVERY SINGLE product model Apple has released. While that does not mean everything is repairable we are in an unparalleled position to give you the best advice regarding your repair or possible replacement and data recovery if necessary.

Battery Service

We can replace your iPhone battery for a fee. Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use.

Your product is eligible for a battery replacement at no additional cost if you have AppleCare+ and your product’s battery holds less than 80 percent of its original capacity.

Screen Repair

We replace cracked screens for a fee. Accidental damage isn’t covered by the Apple warranty.

Screen repairs are eligible for coverage for accidental damage from handling with your AppleCare+.

Other Damage or Multiple Issues

Because iPhones are essentially a replacement unit where multiple repairs are concerned we will test your iPhone and organise a replacement device which will arrive the next day. Please make sure you keep your iPhone backed up in any case as devices that do not power on cannot have data recovered from them.

Charges may apply to any software restore or data backup support.

Do you have AppleCare+?

Your country or region offers AppleCare+ for this product. AppleCare+ includes battery service coverage, which means your battery can be replaced at no charge if we test your product and its battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity. AppleCare+ also provides coverage for accidental damage from handling, and each incident is subject to a service fee.
